We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SYNC. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.

By posting or uploading content (including forum posts, media, profile information, or any other submissions) to SYNC, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content in connection with operating the Service.
You retain ownership of your content, but you represent and warrant that you have the rights to share it and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights. SYNC is not responsible for any user-generated content and reserves the right to remove content at any time without notice.
SYNC operates an online store where virtual items, memberships, and other digital goods may be offered for sale. By making a purchase you agree to the following:
Refund Policy — 24-Hour Window: You may request a full refund on any store purchase within 24 hours of the confirmed payment, provided the item or perk has not yet been redeemed, accessed, or consumed. After 24 hours, all sales are final. To request a refund, contact business@sync-point.xyz with your order number within the 24-hour period. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
SYNC reserves the right to revoke access to purchased items or roles in the event of a violation of these Terms, without refund.
SYNC integrates with Discord for authentication and role assignment. By linking your Discord account you authorize SYNC to read your Discord user ID and assign or modify roles in the official SYNC Discord server on your behalf in accordance with your purchase or membership status. You may disconnect your Discord account at any time from your account settings.
SYNC's moderation team has sole discretion to warn, mute, kick, or permanently ban any user for violating these Terms or the spirit of the community. Bans are not automatically refundable. If you believe a moderation action was made in error, you may appeal by contacting business@sync-point.xyz.
All logos, branding, page designs, and original content produced by SYNC are the intellectual property of SYNC Community Hub. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any SYNC-owned materials without prior written permission. Trademarks, logos, and brand names of third parties (e.g., Twitch, Discord, Stripe) remain the property of their respective owners.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SYNC does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SYNC Community Hub and its operators, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if SYNC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SYNC in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which SYNC operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
